Consumer Healthcare Brand Manager

About the role

Union Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Consumer Healthcare Brand Manager to lead the brand‑building of its consumer care portfolio. You will own the strategic direction while rolling up your sleeves to create compelling, compliant stories that resonate with patients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute 360° campaigns, from consumer insight to concept, content, and in‑pharmacy activation.
• Translate medical and scientific claims into engaging, compliant consumer‑facing storytelling.
• Develop brand strategy and positioning across the portfolio, defending differentiation against well‑funded competitors.
• Collaborate with principals and the field force to bring campaigns to life at pharmacy counters and online.
• Lead digital, social, and content channels with clear accountability for measurable results.

Required profile

• A medical, pharmacy, or life‑sciences background that commands credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Proven consumer marketer with strong command of brand insight and health‑decision dynamics.
• Exceptional creativity paired with disciplined execution.
• Fluency in both clinical and consumer language, with ease moving between them.
• Motivation to build new brands rather than maintain existing ones.
