Cold Calling Agent

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognized brands and fast‑growing AI companies, gaining exposure to dozens of products across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to qualify prospects.
• Book high‑quality sales meetings, accurately record outcomes, and meet individual and team performance targets.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software, and AI products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to handle frequent rejection while staying motivated.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and willing to make several hours of cold calls each day.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
