Co-Founder – Regional Growth Partner for Lebanese Street Food Brand

About the role

M2amara is looking for a strategic Co‑Founder and Regional Growth Partner to spearhead its expansion across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Levant markets. This equity‑driven role is ideal for an entrepreneur, operator, investor, or food‑service expert who wants to build a scalable regional brand from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Establish M2amara’s presence in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Jordan.
• Build strategic partnerships and master‑franchise relationships.
• Secure investors and capital for expansion.
• Develop local supply‑chain and operational frameworks.
• Lead market entry, team building, and distribution channel creation.
• Drive franchise sales and overall business development.

Required profile

• Successful F&B entrepreneur, franchise development expert, GCC‑based investor, restaurant operator, food‑manufacturing executive, retail expansion specialist, or business builder with strong regional connections.
• Deep knowledge of GCC markets and a robust network in food service, retail, hospitality, or investment sectors.
• Proven experience scaling consumer brands and raising capital or attracting strategic partners.
• Passion for creating a regional food‑service success story.
