About the role
The Food and Beverage Server position is a full‑time, on‑site role at The Glow Paradise in Gemmayze. You will greet guests, present menus, answer questions and recommend healthy, delicious options while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Check on guests throughout their visit and maintain clean, organized service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to fulfill special dietary requests and ensure correct order delivery.
- Process payments and handle guest concerns professionally.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and basic nutrition concepts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability and a positive attitude toward healthy living.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
