Full-Time Barista – AM & PM Shifts

About the role

Bake Me Out is seeking an experienced, high‑energy Full‑Time Barista to join our front‑of‑house team in Hazmieh. You will craft specialty coffee and beverages while delivering warm, exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, specialty beverages, smoothies, and shakes according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked barista stations and seating areas.
• Assist with light kitchen preparations during shifts.
• Engage customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and handle register transactions.
• Collaborate with the team across rotating AM and PM shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in specialty coffee or high‑volume cafés.
• Friendly personality, strong communication, punctuality, and a team‑first mindset.
• Availability to work rotating AM/PM shifts across a 6‑day workweek (one day off).

Required skills

• Proficient in espresso extraction.
• Milk texturing and latte art.
• Cold beverage execution.
