Cluster Development Advocacy Consultant – Lebanon

About the role

The consultant will support Berytech’s Euromed Clusters Forward project by raising awareness of the benefits of economic clusters and advocating for a unified national cluster policy in Lebanon. The role involves engaging policymakers, private‑sector leaders and other stakeholders to create a supportive environment for cluster development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an advocacy strategy aligned with the EU‑funded project objectives.
• Organise and facilitate targeted workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions for key sectors.
• Conduct bilateral meetings with government officials, industry representatives and civil‑society actors.
• Prepare briefing materials, policy briefs and presentation decks that illustrate cluster advantages.
• Support ongoing policy dialogue and contribute to the national cluster roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in policy advocacy, economic development or cluster promotion.
• Strong understanding of Lebanon’s economic and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within project timelines.
