About the role

We are seeking an energetic, commercially driven, and people‑focused Club Manager to lead the operations of a leading international fitness club in Kuwait. This role combines sales leadership, member experience, and operational excellence in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

Drive membership and personal‑training sales while delivering an outstanding member experience.
Lead, coach, and motivate the club team to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
Oversee daily club operations, member engagement, and service quality.
Build relationships within the local community through partnerships and promotional initiatives.
Foster a positive club culture that inspires both members and employees.

Required profile

Natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales‑oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and highly organized.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Tech‑savvy and confident using digital tools and systems.
