About the role
Al Massoud Group is hiring customer‑oriented professionals for call centre operators, waiters and cashiers across its branches in Mtayleb, Ghazir and Zouk.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone inquiries, process orders and address customer feedback in the call centre.
- Greet guests, present menus, take orders and ensure timely table service as a waiter.
- Execute POS transactions, generate invoices and reconcile cash/card payments as a cashier.
Required profile
- Clear communication skills and ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Physical stamina for waitstaff and trustworthiness for cash handling.
Required skills
- Proficiency with call handling software/systems.
- Experience with POS systems and cash reconciliation.
