Call Center Specialist

About the role

You will be the voice of maids.cc, assisting customers through calls, WhatsApp and chat. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys real‑time communication, problem‑solving and turning confusion into clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages and live‑chat conversations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate service.
• Resolve issues, manage complaints and keep customers calm and confident.
• Process bookings, payments, refunds and account updates.
• Collect and track customer feedback to improve communication.
• Collaborate with CX, sales and tech teams to make interactions smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication.
• Customer‑first mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple chats/calls simultaneously without losing focus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are welcome; attitude and drive are valued over extensive experience.

Required skills

• Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus, not mandatory).
