Call Center Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts. The successful candidate will first undergo six months of hands‑on field training, mastering our products, sales methodology, and customer journey before taking on team‑lead responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• During the first 6 months: conduct outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, maintain customer databases, present products, negotiate and close deals, and master CRM tools.
• After training: recruit, train, coach, and manage a high‑performing outbound sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor team KPIs, improve conversion rates, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze sales data, prepare management reports, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience with strong outbound and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, prospect, and acquire customers.
• Leadership mindset and desire to build and manage teams.
• Willingness to complete a 6‑month field training period before transitioning to management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
