About the role
The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will deliver clear, professional support, ensuring a positive experience while following company procedures and escalating issues when necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process requests.
- Accurately record call details and update relevant systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Meet basic performance targets such as quality, productivity, and response time.
- Represent the company positively during all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Fluent and confident speaking ability in both English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Must reside in or near Kaslik or surrounding areas.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to use call handling systems.
