About the role
Securite Assurance is seeking a professional Call Center Operator to join its customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are processed and completed within agreed timelines.
- Support smooth day‑to‑day communication and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Required profile
- TS, LT, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a similar call‑center or customer service role.
