Business Development & Operations Executive

About the role

We are launching a new company that will supply premium building materials and interior finishing solutions across Lebanon. The Business Development & Operations Executive will be the driving force behind market entry, showroom set‑up, procurement, logistics and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research, identify gaps and develop pricing and profit strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, retailers and project owners.
• Select and negotiate showroom and warehouse locations, oversee layout, branding and customer experience.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, request quotations, perform cost comparisons and manage order production and shipping.
• Handle imports, customs clearance, freight forwarding and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Design company processes, recommend ERP/accounting solutions and work with accountants and service providers.
• Develop a customer database, prepare quotations, support digital marketing and represent the company at exhibitions.
• Prepare business reports, track KPIs and maintain organized documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in building materials, construction, interiors, sanitary ware, lighting or ceramics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Valid Lebanese driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
