Business Development Manager / Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager / Sales Lead to expand our portfolio across cleaning, security, pest control and facility services. You will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and building a strong pipeline of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, schools, malls, banks, factories, NGOs, warehouses and residential compounds.
• Contact decision‑makers via phone, email, LinkedIn and on‑site visits, arrange meetings and present our service portfolio.
• Gather site information, coordinate with management to prepare pricing and service proposals, and send follow‑up communications.
• Negotiate contracts within approved limits, close new deals and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Maintain daily updates in the CRM/database, tracking calls, meetings, proposals and client feedback.
• Support and mentor junior sales staff when assigned.
• Prepare weekly sales reports covering leads, meetings, proposals, pending opportunities and expected closures.
• Upsell, cross‑sell and expand services with existing clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or corporate account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to target decision‑makers and generate new business opportunities.
• Organised, disciplined and comfortable working with targets and reporting.
• Experience in facility services, cleaning, security, hospitality, insurance, banking or corporate services is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
