Business Development Manager – Paid Advertising & AI Solutions

About the role

Ads Labs, a performance‑driven paid advertising agency operating across MENA, Europe and the US, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition for its suite of digital marketing services. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing B2B clients, delivering paid‑media campaigns, 3D web experiences and AI‑automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients across the MENA, European and US markets.
• Present and sell paid advertising management on Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
• Promote 3D website design and development services.
• Offer AI automation solutions and full‑funnel digital marketing packages.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, operating on a performance‑based commission structure.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success closing B2B deals in digital services.
• Active professional network in MENA, Europe or the US.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only, performance‑driven model.
• Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
