About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive focused on lead generation to join our on‑site team in Beirut. You will drive growth by managing the full sales cycle, generating qualified leads and uncovering new business opportunities for our partners in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls and business‑development activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across key UAE industries.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline from outreach to conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead‑generation strategies with client goals.
- Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
- Represent xTeL’s values of integrity, transparency and excellence in every interaction.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or lead generation.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
What we offer
- Starting salary of $800, negotiable based on experience.
