About the role
WCA GLOBAL™ is seeking a full‑time Business Development Executive to join its Beirut office. You will drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities with SMEs and strategic partners that share the company’s mission of quality, fairness and consumer empowerment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Generate leads and conduct outreach through calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
- Track performance against sales and partnership targets, reporting results regularly.
- Conduct market research, attend relevant events and relay customer and market insights to support strategic planning.
Required profile
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in account management with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
- Background in B2B environments, preferably with SMEs, consulting or quality‑focused organisations.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of managing time in a fast‑paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
