Business Developer - B2B Sales (Outsourcing)

About the role

Easy Game LLC is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Developer specializing in B2B sales within the outsourcing industry. The role focuses on finding new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and growing the client portfolio by promoting outsourcing services to other businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the outsourcing sector.
• Research potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Contact decision-makers, present services and build long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client acquisition.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and look for growth opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or outsourcing services.
• Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and its business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, generate leads and close deals.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
