Business Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Beirut head office. The role will drive data‑driven insights by collecting, cleaning, transforming and visualising data to support informed business decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyse datasets to uncover trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel (pivot tables).
• Automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support business teams with ad‑hoc analysis, performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Prepare and present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including monthly business review reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, MIS or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and numerical orientation with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.

Required skills

• Power BI dashboard development.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
