Business Analyst

About the role

You will act as the bridge between client expectations and the delivery team, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable specifications. The role requires curiosity, structured thinking, and a focus on solving the client’s real problems rather than just the stated ones.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
• Map current (as‑is) processes and design practical, implementable future (to‑be) workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for the delivery team.
• Validate that delivered solutions address the identified problems.
• Support workshop preparation and facilitate client working sessions.
• Identify gaps, contradictions, and risks in requirements before they become delivery issues.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, or a similar role.
• Strong requirements‑engineering abilities, including conducting interviews and writing clear user stories.
• Experience in process mapping and optimisation.
• Background in digital, MarTech, CRM, or marketing operations environments is preferred.
• Excellent written communication; documentation is used by teams.
• Client‑facing experience with the ability to run workshops and manage expectations.
