Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious and results‑driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Lebanon. You will work primarily from home with occasional visits to our Downtown Beirut office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, dig into data, and design practical, impactful solutions.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology to automate processes and build chatbots (n8n, OpenAI, LangChain, Notion, JIRA, Miro).
• Restructure operations, define KPIs, and implement automated systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, chatbots, and internal tools.
• Design workflows, wireframes, and mockups to bring new ideas to life.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and support end‑to‑end implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Open to fresh graduates, students or experienced candidates.
