Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious and results‑driven Business Analyst to join maids.cc’s fast‑growing team in Lebanon. You will work on real‑world AI and automation projects, collaborating with engineers and product owners to turn business problems into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business problems, dig into data and design impactful solutions.
• Automate processes and build chat‑bots using tools such as n8n, OpenAI, LangChain, Notion, JIRA and Miro.
• Restructure operations, define KPIs and create automated systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, internal tools and workflow prototypes.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and support end‑to‑end implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Open to experienced candidates as well as fresh graduates and students.
