Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, curious and results‑driven Business Analyst to join maids.cc’s growing team in Lebanon. The role is based in Beirut with occasional on‑site work in our Downtown office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, explore data and design practical, impact‑focused solutions.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art tools to automate processes and build chatbots (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, LangChain, Notion, JIRA, Miro).
• Restructure operations, define KPIs and create automated systems to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, internal tools and automation workflows.
• Design workflows, wireframes and mockups, translating business needs into clear specifications and supporting end‑to‑end implementation.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Open to experienced professionals, fresh graduates and students.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
