Business Analyst Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join maids.cc’s fast‑growing tech team in Lebanon. You will work on real‑world AI‑driven projects, supporting data‑based decision making and process automation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business problems, collect data and produce reports to aid decision‑making.
• Use AI tools, large language models and automation platforms (e.g., OpenAI, n8n, LangChain) to build and improve chatbots, workflows and internal systems.
• Design workflows, wireframes, mockups and process improvements using tools such as Notion, JIRA and Miro.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, automation tools and AI‑driven solutions.
• Support restructuring initiatives by defining KPIs and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of systems actively used across the organisation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a critical thinking mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
