About the role
ICE Innovative Care Essentials is seeking a full‑time Brand & Marketing Manager to shape and execute the brand’s marketing strategy. The role will lead all aspects of brand communication, campaign planning and product launches across digital and retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Lead social media, content planning, influencer collaborations and paid advertising.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, retail and promotional materials.
- Coordinate events, photoshoots and creative projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy and content planning.
- Preferred background in beauty, cosmetics, personal care or fashion.
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership abilities.
