Brand Manager

About the role
The Brand Manager will drive brand growth, consumer demand and market share by developing and executing effective brand and marketing strategies. Working closely with the Business Manager, the role ensures alignment between sales, marketing and commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers on orders, product launches, sales performance and promotional initiatives.
- Develop and update annual business plans for each brand, aligning with commercial targets and P&L objectives.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to support data‑driven decisions.
- Validate product codes, pricing structures and product information for launches and replenishment.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to forecast orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and brand‑building initiatives.
- Manage advertising and promotion (A&P) budget to maximise ROI.
- Coordinate media planning and campaign execution with internal Marketing and Media teams.
- Conduct market visits to monitor brand presence, merchandising standards and campaign implementation.
- Support Gift with Purchase programs, promotional activations and special events.
- Monitor and analyse market share performance across brands, categories and points of sale.
- Implement and monitor e‑commerce strategy, including product listings, visuals and pricing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brand management or similar marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to produce performance reports.
- Excellent coordination skills to work with suppliers, sales and internal teams.
- Ability to develop and execute brand and marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives.
