Branch Supervisor – Pastry Shop (Afternoon/Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Branch Supervisor to lead the afternoon and evening operations of our pastry shop in Antelias. You will ensure smooth service, high product quality, and achievement of daily sales targets while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cashiers, servers, and kitchen staff, schedule shifts and assign tasks.
• Provide training, coaching and support to the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle complaints and monitor dine‑in and take‑away satisfaction.
• Monitor daily sales, manage cash registers, prepare reports and coordinate stock replenishment with the kitchen.
• Ensure product freshness, presentation and compliance with food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Oversee cleaning routines, closing duties and report daily performance to upper management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail, food & beverage, or pastry shop management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
