Associate Purchasing Accountant Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate Purchasing Accountant Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all purchase‑related accounting activities. The role supports monthly closing, complies with Lebanese and international accounting standards, and works across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate purchase entries, shipments and journal vouchers prepared by the team.
• Ensure completeness and proper supporting documentation for all financial entries.
• Perform detailed daily journal entry reviews and Statement of Accounts reconciliations.
• Conduct stock reviews, confirmations and timely monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors on payments, invoices and other requests.
• Identify discrepancies, follow up with stakeholders and implement corrections.
• Develop and maintain reports and tracking tools for stock and price monitoring.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting practices and regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
