Associate Billing Accountant Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate Billing Accountant Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of purchase‑related accounting activities. The role supports monthly closing, compliance with Lebanese and international standards, and multi‑entity operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate purchase entries, shipments and journal vouchers prepared by the team.
• Ensure completeness and proper supporting documentation for all financial entries.
• Perform detailed daily journal entry reviews and Statement of Accounts reconciliations.
• Conduct stock reviews, confirmations and sales report checks.
• Coordinate with vendors on payments, invoices and related requests.
• Identify discrepancies, follow up with stakeholders and implement corrections.
• Develop and maintain reports and tracking tools for stock and price monitoring.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting practices and regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
