Assistant Manager – PR & Media (Middle East)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead PR and media initiatives across the Middle East. You will enhance Deloitte’s public image, coordinate with agencies, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the firm’s thought‑leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and media strategies aligned with Deloitte’s business goals in the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media outlets and journalists.
• Collaborate with PR & Media agencies to plan and execute campaigns.
• Draft, review and edit press releases, media commentaries and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking engagements and other media opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of media events, press conferences and public relations activities.
• Work with marketing, digital and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Assist thought‑leadership initiatives by promoting Deloitte’s expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in public relations, media relations or communications, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
