Assembly Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our production team at Chedi d Honey. The role involves assembling and joining components according to specifications while maintaining high quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets consistently.
• Maintain zero‑defect quality on all joins.
• Reduce material waste below the target threshold.
• Complete all jobs within estimated time frames.
• Achieve a perfect safety record during each shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Safety awareness and teamwork orientation.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Blueprint reading.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Operating measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures.
• Familiarity with assembly line equipment.
• Use of quality inspection tools.
