About the role
We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our production team at Chedi d Honey. The role involves assembling and joining components according to specifications while maintaining high quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily production targets consistently.
- Maintain zero‑defect quality on all joins.
- Reduce material waste below the target threshold.
- Complete all jobs within estimated time frames.
- Achieve a perfect safety record during each shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
- Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Safety awareness and teamwork orientation.
- Effective problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Blueprint reading.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Operating measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures.
- Familiarity with assembly line equipment.
- Use of quality inspection tools.
