Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are launching a full AI transformation at MobiMind and need an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to shape our AI product strategy. The role focuses on leveraging large language models and generative AI to create tools that deliver measurable business impact for telecom operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design, fine‑tune and deploy LLM‑based applications for internal and customer‑facing use cases.
• Build end‑to‑end AI pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation and production deployment.
• Develop new AI tools and APIs using existing models such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA or Mistral.
• Collaborate with product, business and engineering teams to translate functional requirements into AI‑powered solutions.
• Ensure scalability, compliance and security of all AI deployments.
• Monitor model performance and apply MLOps best practices for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant advances into the company roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong foundation in computer‑science principles and software development.
• Proven expertise in pattern recognition and developing innovative AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Deep‑learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Hugging Face Transformers library.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large‑language‑model techniques.
• Fine‑tuning, prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Cloud AI platforms: Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI.
• MLOps tools and practices for model monitoring and deployment.
