Area Sales Manager – Beirut to Saida

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of construction products across the Beirut region up to Saida. You will generate leads, introduce the company to contractors and developers, and work to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using internal databases and field research.
• Visit construction sites and meet with prospective customers in person and via phone.
• Obtain project drawings to prepare accurate quotations.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to recommend suitable products.
• Support sales engineers in drafting clear proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or related fields.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of the construction market and products is a plus.
