AI & Microsoft Copilot Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Microsoft Copilot Consultant to lead interactive workshops, drive Copilot adoption, and shape our AI enablement strategy. The role blends deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot with strong communication skills to empower both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate tailored workshops on Microsoft Copilot for diverse audiences, using real‑world scenarios to maximize learning.
• Design, curate, and continuously update learning materials, demos, and enablement resources that reflect the latest product features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify strategic use cases and propose solutions that improve productivity and AI adoption.
• Stay current on Copilot developments, the broader Microsoft ecosystem, and emerging AI trends to inform enablement strategies.
• Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and client presentations, showcasing thought leadership and innovative Copilot solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications in AI, productivity tools, or cloud platforms (preferred).
• Public speaking or presentation training is a plus.
• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot, designing and delivering workshops across multiple industries.
• Proven track record of driving Copilot adoption and delivering impactful training programs.
