Administrative Coordinator – HR & Finance (Lebanon)

About the role
The Administrative Coordinator will lead the human resources and finance functions for Médecins du Monde’s mission in Lebanon. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures that HR policies and financial processes are aligned with local legislation, donor requirements and the organization’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of the mission’s human‑resources set‑up.
- Define, adapt, plan and oversee HR frameworks, procedures and policies in compliance with Lebanese law and MdM standards.
- Plan, centralise, coordinate and supervise financial management including accounting, budget preparation, monitoring, reporting, donor compliance, audits and legal obligations.
- Recruit, train and manage the administrative department team.
- Provide technical support to operational staff on HR and financial matters.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing both human‑resources and finance functions in a humanitarian or non‑profit context.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese labour legislation and donor‑compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
