F&B Training & Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The F&B Training & Talent Development Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for our food‑and‑beverage operations across Lebanon. Working on‑site in Beirut, you will ensure new hires and existing staff achieve high service standards and operational excellence while supporting recruitment and employee development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and refine training curricula for all operational teams.
• Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new employees.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, regular follow‑ups and performance tracking across outlets.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report on staff performance improvements.
• Assist the full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and delivering feedback.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Manage the performance‑management cycle using the Upthyme HRIS, ensuring timely appraisals and alignment with development plans.
• Collaborate with HR and management on employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar training or talent‑development role within the F&B industry.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using an HRIS platform (Upthyme).
• Advanced computer literacy.
