About the role
Bokja is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting & Logistics Coordinator to support its financial, administrative and operational functions. The position blends core accounting duties with cross‑department coordination, ensuring smooth logistics, HR administration, and inventory control within a fast‑paced creative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Coordinate logistics activities such as shipment scheduling, vendor communication and inventory tracking.
- Provide administrative support to HR, handling employee records and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support procurement processes.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (mandatory).
