Account Manager (Luxury)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who combines a strong sense of design with a passion for high‑end products. The role merges sales, client relationship management, and creative design, ideal for someone thriving at the intersection of business and aesthetics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with B2B and corporate clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Create layouts and product integrations using AutoCAD.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as architects and contractors.
- Oversee after‑sales service, including maintenance scheduling, site visits, and inspections.
- Propose and manage service agreements in collaboration with technical teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Background in interior design or architecture is preferred, though other backgrounds with strong design sense are considered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Keen eye for luxury, aesthetics, and detail.
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
- Customer‑service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
