About the role
We are a growing offshore property and facility management support company seeking a motivated US Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and business opportunities with U.S.-based companies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to potential clients.
- Set qualified meetings with decision makers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and SMS.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
- Achieve weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferred).
- Strong English communication and conversational skills.
- Confidence speaking with U.S.-based decision makers.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google tools, and outreach platforms.
