About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Unit Leader to join our growing team at Grow Academy. In this role you will build and develop a high‑performing sales unit, mentor new life insurance agents, and drive recruitment and performance. You will work closely with senior management to achieve shared goals and create a motivating culture.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a high‑performing team

Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal‑oriented and driven personality
- Passion for mentoring and developing people
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree
