Travel Consultant

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our Beirut office. You will help clients design and book personalized travel experiences, from airline tickets to custom itineraries and visa assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage reservations for individual, VIP, and corporate clients.
- Design and sell both ready‑made and tailor‑made holiday packages.
- Issue airline tickets using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Provide end‑to‑end customer service, including handling inquiries and supporting visa processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate rates.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in travel packages and tourism.
- Proven ability to serve VIP and corporate clients professionally.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Strong sales, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- GDS knowledge for airline ticket issuance.
