Transfer Operations Agent

About the role

All-Ways Transfers is seeking a Transfer Operations Agent to join its Operations team. This hands‑on position supports daily transfer quotations, bookings, supplier communication and agency assistance under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in travel, tourism, reservations or customer service who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle transfer quotation requests from travel agencies and clients.
• Search for suitable transfer options, provide rates and create or modify bookings.
• Communicate with local and international transportation suppliers to confirm vehicles, pickup times and meeting points.
• Follow up on upcoming arrivals, departures and last‑minute operational changes.
• Support travel agencies via WhatsApp, email and internal systems.
• Track pending supplier confirmations and assist with operational issues such as flight changes, delays and driver coordination.
• Escalate complaints or critical problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate booking information and internal records.
• Coordinate shift handovers with other Operations team members.

Required profile

• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and email.
• Able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
