Telesales Agent (SDR) - Beirut

About the role

A fast-growing, YC-backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon is hiring Sales Development Representatives (telesales agents) to work on campaigns for global brands and AI companies, selling AI and technology solutions across international markets. The role is based in the Beirut Digital District, Beirut, and requires onsite presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using an in-house dialer and qualify prospects to book meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, learning each campaign's product, audience and messaging.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions without relying heavily on scripts, and record call outcomes and booked meetings accurately.
• Work toward individual and team targets for calls made, meetings booked and attended, and use coaching and feedback to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other SDRs; high performers may take on leadership roles managing teams of up to 15 SDRs.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 level or above, with excellent spoken communication and listening.
• Confident talking to strangers on the phone, resilient to rejection, and able to work several hours a day making cold calls.
• Available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and able to work onsite in Beirut.
• Coachable, reliable and able to switch between products, industries and audiences quickly.
