Salesmen Auditor (Remote)

About the role

A remote Salesmen Auditor is needed to review and evaluate recorded phone calls between the team and clients, make sure CRM data is up to date from the salesmen's side, and handle sending quotes to clients and registering warranties. The role helps maintain high communication standards and excellent service. It is scheduled Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a 1-hour break, and pays 200 USD per week.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to recorded phone calls
• Ensure team members follow communication standards and scripts
• Identify areas for improvement and flag issues when necessary
• Create quotes and send them to prospective clients on time
• Maintain organization and accuracy while reviewing many recordings
• Register warranties for units
• Communicate feedback clearly when required

Required profile

• Excellent English listening and comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail, organized and reliable
• Ability to work independently and stay focused for long periods
• Stable Wi-Fi connection and access to a computer
