Call Center Supervisor

About the role

Tekram Deliveries is looking for a hands-on Call Center Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the team during its shifts. The role combines active order handling and customer support with team supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Take and process orders, answer calls and messages, and handle customer inquiries.
• Monitor ongoing orders and coordinate with restaurants, stores and riders.
• Supervise agents, assign priorities and ensure consistent coverage during the shift.
• Resolve escalated complaints, delivery delays, cancellations and payment-related issues.
• Monitor response times, service quality and unresolved cases.
• Coach agents and give practical support during busy periods.
• Ensure clear handovers between shifts and report operational issues to management.

Required profile

• Previous call center or customer-support experience, with team supervision or shift-leading responsibilities.
• Experience in delivery platforms or food-service operations is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Beirut during the middle shift, including weekends and public holidays according to the schedule.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Good computer skills and the ability to manage several tasks under pressure.
• Leadership, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
