Technology & Analytics Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technology & Analytics Intern to join New Metrics’ Professional Services team for the summer. The role provides hands‑on experience with enterprise experience‑management platforms, data analysis, and client‑facing project delivery in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support consultants in platform configuration, setup, and validation.
• Prepare solution documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Develop client presentations, workshop content, and project deliverables.
• Conduct data‑analysis to identify trends and actionable insights from customer and employee experience data.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and system configurations.
• Assist with project coordination, knowledge‑management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Senior‑year university student or recent graduate.
• Major in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS/Business Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in technology, analytics, consulting, and experience‑management solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and analytics concepts.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
