Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy initiation to onboarding, while acting as a brand ambassador for Malia Group across academic partners and external platforms. The role focuses on delivering a professional, candidate‑centric experience and supporting the company’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and competency expectations.
• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions aligned with organizational standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality candidate journey.
• Apply diverse sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build robust talent pipelines.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews, evaluate candidates objectively and perform thorough reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, lead sessions and monitor new‑joiner adjustment.
• Support academic collaborations, career‑center engagements and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Prepare talent‑acquisition dashboards, analytics and contribute to the annual TA business plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build and sustain talent pipelines and enhance employer branding.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and talent‑analytics.
