Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, partner with business units, and ensure compliance with our recruitment policies and best‑practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and support entities to deliver professional recruitment services in line with company policies.
• Develop and implement recruitment and selection policies, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
• Represent the group at university presentations, career forums, and local job fairs to attract qualified candidates.
• Receive job opening requests, update vacancy lists, and coordinate with HR Director and C&B specialist for non‑budgeted requests.
• Collaborate with line managers to define recruitment processes, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using internal and external channels, including headhunters and search firms.
• Draft and post attractive job ads, manage applications, and maintain candidate data in the HRMS.
• Prepare short‑lists, schedule interviews, and conduct competency‑based interviews for all levels.
• Perform reference checks, propose salary packages, and prepare job offers for approval.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR recruiting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
• SPHR certification is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office.
