System Integration Engineer – Security Solutions

About the role

The IT Security Systems Integration Engineer designs, deploys, and optimizes cybersecurity solutions across customer environments. The role combines architecture design, platform integration, and Tier‑3 SOC support to ensure seamless security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for security architectures, data flows, and integration points.
• Implement and optimize SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and SOAR platforms, including connectors, APIs, parsers, and correlation rules.
• Provide Tier‑3 escalation support for complex incidents, performing deep investigations, threat hunting, and forensics.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives, evaluate new security technologies, and advise sales on feasibility.
• Create implementation guides, runbooks, and architecture diagrams; transfer knowledge to operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering security integrations (HLD/LLD).
• Hands‑on expertise with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and SOAR platforms.
• Ability to act as a Tier‑3 SOC escalation point and improve detection content.
• Strong analytical skills for performance tuning, testing, and migration activities.
